Annual Plan 2026/2027

Auckland's next annual plan is due to take effect in June 2026.

It sets out what we plan to achieve over the next financial year and how we will fund these plans.

Mayoral Proposal

The Mayoral Proposal is an important part of the process to develop and adopt the annual plan.

The draft proposal was released on 1 December 2025 and outlines the mayor’s vision and priorities for Auckland's Annual Plan 2026/2027.

When you can have your say

The topics for public consultation will be decided at a Governing Body meeting in December 2025.

Public consultation will open in February 2026.

This is when you can have your say and leave any feedback on the mayor's proposals.

We will update this page when the consultation dates are confirmed.
