Once you complete your feedback you can:

In-person and online events

In-person events

We are holding face-to-face events across the region where you can provide your feedback in person.

Visit Annual plan events for the schedule or call 09 301 0101.

Low sensory drop-in sessions

These sessions will be held in libraries across Auckland. They are quieter sessions in rooms with low lighting.

You can complete your feedback at your own pace and get support and information from staff where needed.

Visit Low sensory drop-in sessions for dates, times and venues for these events.

Online information session

We will also hold an online information session on Thursday 5 March 2026, 6.30pm to 8pm.

At this session, members of the Auckland Council Finance team will discuss and provide information about the annual plan.

You will have an opportunity to listen and ask questions.

Register for the online information session.

Leave feedback with a voice or video recording

You can record a voice or video message if you cannot leave feedback on the online or hardcopy feedback form, by email or at an event.

This option is for people with accessibility needs who would otherwise find it difficult to provide feedback.

Record your feedback after each question on the form.

Have your say with a voice or video recording.

Call-back service

You can also register for a call-back from a member of our team. They will:

  • provide support based on your needs
  • answer your questions where they can
  • help you complete the feedback form.

Please note: our staff are not finance or accessibility experts, but they are experienced in providing flexible support and adapting to individual needs.
