1. Proposed lease agreement

The proposal will lease land to Whai Māia Charitable Trust 1 to develop and operate a new Sport, Recreation, and Hauora Centre. The initial lease term will be 11 years, with two further 11-year rights of renewal subject to completion of the first stage of development.
