The Huia Domain Service Outcome Plan will help plan the future of recreation and amenity in Huia Domain.
We have worked with the community to create a draft plan for the site. The draft shows key outcomes and actions to protect and restore the environment of the coast, enabling locals, Aucklanders and visitors to enjoy the open space now and into the future.

Contributions to this consultation are closed for evaluation and review. The project team will work to prioritise outcomes from the plan, for future delivery.
July 2020 Plan - Decision
Huia Domain Plan has finished this stage
The Waitākere Ranges Local Board will meet and review the proposed design, provide feedback, and make a decision to adopt the plan.
August 2020 - Ongoing - Delivery
Huia Domain Plan is currently at this stage
Prioritised outcomes from the plan will be delivered in subsequent years, as funding is made available.
