Shade over playgrounds

It would be awesome if all playgrounds had shade over them as a matter of course. The sun is so bad now that if a playground doesn't have shade, we dont go to it, or only in the early morning/late afternoon. Trees are great to sit under, but we need shade over the actual playground equipment. Can the Local Board help with this?

Countdown red light timer at major red lights specially the roads, where speed limit is 80Km per hour

HLB kindly consider placing countdown /red light timer at major red lights specially on the roads where speed limit is 80Km per hour. A) it will save people from sudden breaking when red light turns up, B) Prevent sudden breaking, being dangerous on road when raining, roads are wet and during night time C) It will help people prepare to slowdown an stop when driving at high speed zone such as 80Km /hr. Therefore Howick Council is suggested for considering optimal public safety and better traffic flow on 80Km Roads. Don't fine people thru red-light cameras rather make people aware and informd putting above mentioned resources at red lights to better aware of speed Conteol when the driving on road
