We want more people on bikes, so let's give them something local that encourages them to get on a bike and have some fun. Pump tracks are a great pathway into other cycling discipline and will encourage people, both young and old, to get active. The more local kids we have learning bike skills now will in turn get more people pedaling on the roads in the future.

Can we get into the Bucklands beaches restoration project started and help this super busy little beach be super awesome, get the toilets functional , maybe a sink to wash hands in ...and have some method to the current madness down there. Bike paths and walkways for mums and prams , bikes, and kids and older folk , we are tripping and falling over the current state of things. Please prioritise!

We need proper Walking & Jodjng Track for Bucklands beach & few Sitting Benches for disabled, pregnant women, medically unfit & senior citizens as I have observed its a big challenge for them to walk longer distance at once, secondly many local come to enjoy the sunset at bucklandsbeach but sitting on cars or footpaths ..(Its a Shame) Regards KhalydBaloch

A scooter/bike park at Lloyd Elsmore would be a fantastic addition to our local community. It could be similar to the one at Onepoto Domain with road markings, giveway signs, roundabouts etc but there could be 2 tracks available, so the kids with more confidence can be challenged by ramps, hills, winding paths etc, while smaller children can enjoy something more flat but still have fun. I realise there needs to be a certain amount of 'green space' around but the area near the duck pond would be perfect. It is not used very often and it seems a shame not to utilise it. Everyone I have mentioned this idea to has agreed it would be a really popular feature of the area.

Getting more people out of their cars and onto bikes safely would be great! In particular creating safe routes around schools so kids can bike more easily. This will enable exercise, health habits, independence and remove some traffic around schools.
