What is the Thriving Communities plan?
The Thriving Communities Action Plan (2014) is council’s core 10-year regional community development plan. It sets the direction for how council will direct its efforts, resources and investment to support communities to thrive.
Why is the Thriving Communities plan being refreshed?
The Thriving Communities plan is being updated to better reflect Auckland’s changing population and to provide more alignment with the Auckland Plan, particularly the Belonging and Participation outcome.
