What is happening

We want to renew the Rock Daisy Crescent Reserve playground at 15R Cinnamon Road, Māngere.

The plans for the playground include:

  • a nature play area
  • jumping and balancing play equipment
  • an informal gathering place
  • shaded areas
  • separate area for younger kids under three years-old (toddlers).

The Māngere-Ōtahuhu Local Board wants the renewed playground to:

  • offer fun and safe play equipment to kids of different ages
  • improve play facilities
  • provide kids with a broader range of play options
  • create a safe and engaging recreational space for everyone to enjoy.

We have designed two options for the renewed playground:

  • play options for whānau (family) and rangatahi (young people).
