Feedback sessions for regional organisations and interest groups

Hearing-style feedback sessions

These events are for regional organisations and interest groups.

In a 'hearing-style' event, groups must register their interest to take part and speaking times are assigned. There are a limited number of time slots available, so groups need to register early.

Each approved group is allocated 15 minutes of speaking time. This involves:

• 10 minutes to present feedback and views on the proposed long-term plan
• five minutes for questions and answers with elected members and/or council staff.
