Paparata Road Reserve is located at 31 Paparata Road, Bombay. It is 8428 square metres in area and located next to Bombay School.

Earlier, the reserve was used as a grazing area.

Bombay Community Group and the Franklin Local Board want to develop this reserve for providing recreation and social opportunities for the local community.

What the concept plan may involve

We are developing a concept plan for development of Paparata Road Reserve. The concept plan could include:

  • walking paths
  • a play area
  • seating
  • trees
  • removal of playspace at Proude Reserve.

What we want your feedback on

As part of developing the concept plan, we would like your feedback from park neighbours, casual users and the Bombay community. We want to know:

  • which parks and playgrounds you visit
  • which activities you enjoy at other parks
  • what play and recreation activities you would like to do at Paparata Road Reserve
  • if you support:
    • a walkway through the park from Paparata Road to Lawrence Carter Drive
    • a new playspace at Paparata Road Reserve
    • removal of playspace at Proude Reserve
  • if there is anything else you would like us to include in the draft concept plan.
