Consultation has concluded

What the project is about

Eke Panuku is upgrading Panmure’s Lagoon Edge Reserve.

This is the area to the south-east of the Lagoon Pool and Leisure Centre and along the pool’s boundary with the Panmure Basin.

What we are proposing

We are proposing:

  • a wider walking/cycling link along Lagoon Drive, separated from traffic with plantings
  • an enlarged and redesigned waterfront park, with improved access, seating, tables and grassed areas
  • a better walkway along the Lagoon Edge Reserve
  • natural systems to clean stormwater before it enters the Panmure Basin
  • new public toilets
  • improved fencing between the waterfront park and the aquatic centre.

What we want your feedback on

We want to know:

  • if you think the design will make Panmure a better place to live, work and play
  • if anything is missing from the design
  • how we could make the design better.

How you can have your say

Have your say by completing this online survey.

When you can have your say
