The Hibiscus and Bays Local Board wants to renew the playground at Manly Park.

This is part of the local board's work programme for 2026/2027.

We want your feedback on the proposals for the renewed playground.

What we are proposing

We want to:

• renew the playground equipment, safety surfacing, edging and drainage
• improve the play space to meet current standards and make it easier to use
• create a playground for people of all ages and abilities.

What we want your feedback on

We want to know which play activities and equipment you would like at the new playground, such as:

• climbing and jumping activities
• spinning and rocking equipment
• music play options
• nature play options
• hanging and flying play options like bars and zip lines.

We also want to know your preferred colour scheme for the playground.
