Lloyd Morgan Lions Club Park is a popular space in the centre of Te Atatū South. It was identified as a development area in the Te Atatū South Plan.

What we are proposing

We want to upgrade the park to provide recreational opportunities and facilities.

We want to:

  • upgrade the footpath network
  • build picnic lawns for events
  • provide hangout spaces
  • build a stage and seating walls
  • plant trees and shrubs
  • build an urban playground with:
    • a spaghetti swing
    • trampolines
    • climbing equipment
    • nature play
  • improve street appeal with festoon lights, furniture and asphalt painting.
