Herald Island Domain Playground Upgrade

The existing playground at Herald Island Domain needs to be upgraded.

The refreshed playground will provide challenging, fun and safe play equipment for children from a range of ages.

What we want your feedback on

We need your feedback on what you would like to see included as part of the playground renewal.

We'd like to know:

• how you use or would like to use the park
• what you would like to see developed for informal recreation and play
• what you would like to see developed for whanau (families) and rangatahi (young people).

You can have your say from 25 October to 14 November 2022.

What happens next

• November to December 2022 - Analysis of your feedback and refining the concept design.
• February to March 2023 - Presenting the concept plan and detailed design to the Upper Harbour Local Board.
• April to December 2023 - Purchasing the playground equipment and beginning construction.
