The past year has been like no other. We have found amazing strengths and connections, but acknowledge that for many it has been, and continues to be really tough.

Healthy Puketāpapa is a wellbeing project that explores how where we live, learn, work and play impacts on our community’s, whānau’s and our own wellbeing.  To help the project develop we want to understand how people are right now. We will use this knowledge to guide the project’s direction.

This short anonymous survey asks about you and your family, your wellbeing and finding support.

Tough times affect each of us differently, at the end of the survey we offer some practical ideas on looking after yourself and your whānau, and links to finding support.  Thank you for sharing this information with us.

He waka eke noa – we're all in this together.
