Consultation has concluded
Auckland Transport is replacing the existing public toilet at Gardner Reserve with a new and bigger toilet block.
Early brickmaking operations in the New Lynn area date back to the mid-1860s and the history of west Auckland brickmakers will be captured through a characteristic brick-themed vinyl toilet wrap.
What we want your feedback on
We’d like to hear your thoughts on three proposed brick-themed design options for the new exterior toilet block and we'd like to know which design you prefer.

You can have your say from 31 October until 10pm 27 November 2022.
What happens next
• We will collate feedback and provide results to the Whau Local Board.
• We will report back on the local board’s decision on the chosen design.
