Eastdale Reserve draft plan review

What we are proposing

Eastdale Reserve is an important park located on the Rosebank Peninsula that provides recreation opportunities for the growing Avondale community.

With several projects set to occur in the reserve in the short term, including upgrade of the existing play space, this park needs an up-to-date plan for its long-term future.

This plan has to take into account the needs of the public, key user groups and our wider parks network.

What we want your feedback on

We want to hear your opinions on our Eastdale Reserve draft plan, which was produced following consultation with mana whenua and the Whau Local Board.

We will use this feedback to determine if we are on the right track, and to identify which outcomes are most important to the community.

This will help us to make changes to the draft plan, and to prioritise projects for delivery.

When you can have your say

We have provided more time for you to have your say.

Submissions are now open from 9am on Monday 21 March to 5pm on Thursday 13 May 2022.
